You might be in the right place if…
- You’re in a relationship that’s struggling and you want support to set it right, or you’re not sure whether to fight for it or let it go
- You’ve never had a relationship that felt truly right, and you want to understand your own patterns first
- You’re starting a relationship and want to make sure you do it right this time
- You’re having issues with family members, friends or colleagues and want to improve or repair the connection
- You’re going through a separation, a career transition, or a major life change that’s shaken how you see yourself
I work with people one-on-one, with couples, and in small groups. Online or in person.
What Working With Me Looks Like
We start with a free 15-minute conversation.
You tell me where things are stuck. I’ll give you my honest read: what I think is going on, and how we could work on it. No pressure, no pitch.
Then we go deeper, at your pace.
Sessions are a mix of looking at what’s happened in the past (the wounds and patterns that got you here) and building strategies for what comes next. For couples, I like to start with individual sessions first to ensure I get a sense of where each one is at without the influence of the other. And also to ensure each one feels comfortable and safe with me.
You leave with clarity, and tools to practice.
I don’t tell people what to do. I help them see clearly and give them tools, and then they decide. My job is to empower them. And I will give you homework to practice the tools that will help you have healthier connections.

Conscious Communication (Based on the NVC Model)
Why work with me?
I spent 20 years building businesses in California: a gym, a tech company, a bookkeeping practice. I was good at achieving things. But I kept coming back to the same question: why are connection and relationships so hard for most of us and how can we be more at choice with our decisions, instead of functioning on autopilot a lot of the time.
My goal became Inner Freedom: removing all the obstacles to being at choice in all circumstances, and creating thriving relationships.
I spent years studying what actually makes relationships work and how to free myself: NVC, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed coaching and counseling. Eventually I quit my tech practice and began supporting people’s freedom and growth. I’ve worked with hundreds of people since then.
What I bring to every session: no agenda, no bias, no judgment, simply a lifetime of experience, wisdom and practices. I’ve lived across four continents and three languages, and have encountered all kinds of relationships. I’ve seen what works and doesn’t for different people and cultures about love, connection and communication.
We’re all different so I’m not going to tell you what your relationship should look like. I will show you what’s possible and empower you to figure out what you actually want.

What About 20 Micro-Habits To Change Your Life In A Year?
Micro-habits are small, consistent actions that gradually compound into profound life changes. While they may seem insignificant at first, their cumulative power can lead to remarkable transformations. Below is a list of powerful micro-habits that I consider essential for creating a truly transformative year:
Mindset & Mental Health
- Daily Gratitude Practice => Write down three things you’re grateful for every morning or night.
- One Positive Thought at Wake-Up => Start your day by consciously thinking of something uplifting.
- 5-Minute Breathing Exercise => Dedicate five minutes to deep, mindful breathing or meditation to center yourself.
- Affirmation Check => Repeat a single empowering affirmation aloud or silently.
Productivity & Focus
- Plan Your Day in 5 Minutes => Write down 1–3 priority tasks before starting work.
- Avoid Your Phone for 30 Minutes After Waking => Allow your mind to start fresh without distractions.
- Two-Minute Cleanup Rule => If it takes less than two minutes to clean or organize, do it immediately.
- 1% Rule for Self-Improvement
Dedicate at least 15 minutes daily to learning or practicing a skill.
Health & Wellness
- Drink a Glass of Water First Thing in the Morning => Rehydrate and energize your body.
- Walk for 10 Minutes Daily => Incorporate simple physical activity to boost mood and health.
- Choose One Healthier Food Substitute => Replace one unhealthy snack or drink with a nutritious alternative.
- Stretch for 3–5 Minutes => Loosen muscles and improve flexibility with short stretches.
Relationships & Social Growth
- Send One Thoughtful Message Daily => Reach out to someone to express care or appreciation.
- Active Listening Practice => When speaking to someone, fully focus without interrupting or planning your response.
- Give One Compliment a Day => Spread positivity and improve connections.
Finances
- Save a Small, Fixed Amount Daily => Even $1/day builds a saving habit and grows over time.
- Track One Expense => Write down one thing you spent money on each day for awareness.
Personal Growth
- Read One Page of a Book => Start small but stay consistent in building a reading habit.
- Pause Before Reacting => Take a deep breath before responding in emotionally charged situations.
- Reflect on Your Day for 2 Minutes => Ask yourself, “What went well?” and “What could I improve?”
These micro-habits are very easy to implement, yet their cumulative effect can profoundly improve your physical, emotional, and mental well-being in a year.
Work-related
How Do I Work With My Clients?
I typically begin by meeting each of you individually. This allows me to understand where each person stands, without the influence of the other, and gives both of you a chance to feel comfortable and safe with me. After that, we come together for a joint session.
How Long Are The Sessions?
The duration of the sessions will depend on what you need to work on and your budget. I usually try to keep space available after each session in case a couple wants to continue beyond the first hour. When things are moving well and we’re resolving issues, I’ve had some couples choose to keep going for up 4 hours.
What's My Therapeutic Style?
I often work with the model of wound attraction, your soul attracts what it wants to heal. Many of us attract a partner who will trigger our wounds which gives the opportunity to work on them and heal them. Those triggers are the cause of many relationship challenges when both partners are not conscious of them. However addressing them consciously is where the healing and growth can come from. Using my Conscious Communication model can reveal those wounds so we know what we need to work on, and teach us to take responsibility for our triggers so we can develop more Inner Freedom.
